Description of the packed meals:

• Delivery of group packed breakfasts to another location within a maximum distance of 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) from the Paul VI Pastoral Centre may be required upon payment of an additional charge of 0.15 EUR/Kit.

• When booking your meals, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount, relative to the request made, paying the remaining amount (70%) within 30 days before the meals are served. After the total payment of the reservation,

  a QR Code will be sent to pick up the meals reserved.

  • Please send us proof of transfer accompanied by the name of the group or reservation number as well as the necessary data for invoicing (name, address and VAT number).

• The Accommodation Department of the Shrine of Fatima reserves the right to cancel any booking for which payment has not been made under the above mentioned conditions.

• Meal reservations are subject to the availability of stock from our suppliers, so there may be occasional changes to the proposed menu.

Delivery locations

• The delivery of the packed meals (Kit) will be made outside the building of the Paul VI Pastoral Centre, in the places represented in the picture below, by points A and B.

• Packed meals are delivered:
  • Breakfast | 8am to 9h30am
  • Lunch | 11am to 2h30 pm
  • Dinner | 5 pm to 8h30 pm
• When meals are delivered, each person or the group leaders will be requested to present the QR Code (paper or mobile phone).

• When delivering the meals, the QR Code (paper or mobile phone) will be requested to be presented to each person or to the group leaders.

• To allow a faster delivery process, we advise that the meals are delivered directly to the group leaders, who will then distribute them to the young people / pilgrims. The QR Code must be visible and its perfect readability must be guaranteed regardless of the medium used to display it to the respective recipient (avoid folding the ticket in the QR Code area).

  • This ticket has the sole purpose of picking up a ready-to-eat meal kit and can only be used once.

  • You must check the meals at the time of collection and report any problem or irregularity to the Shrine of Fatima team. If you do not do so at the time, any further claims will be rendered ineffective.

  • The Accommodation Department of the Shrine of Fatima reserves the right to refuse the delivery of meals if the ticket is not presented within the established time.

• In order to speed up the delivery process, we recommend that the meals are delivered directly to the group leaders, who will then distribute them to the young people/ pilgrims.

Conditions for cancelling/changing reservations:

• Requests for booking cancellations must be formalised by written communication, with detailed reasons, to the email: hospedagem@fatima.pt
• Cancellations made 20 days or more before the meal kit delivery date will imply the refunding of the amount paid. However, cancellations made less than 20 days before the delivery date will not be refunded.
• Requests to change bookings that have already been confirmed (e.g. change the type of meal, change the day of delivery, change the amount of vegan/celiac meal, etc.) will not be accepted.
